Sarah Dyer

Hi, I am Sarah Dyer and have been working as a Mortgage consultant in the Plymouth and surrounding areas for the last 14 years helping clients secure new and additional properties, investment property and re-mortgaging. For most of the last 14 years I have worked within a local Estate Agent, but have made the decision that I wanted to move away from the corporate based company to become self employed. This would allow me more time to spend with my clients, but also offer better scope of lenders and protection.

The best bit about my job are you the clients, meeting and working with you all, finding solutions that are affordable and work within your sometimes very complex needs. Helping aiding guiding, liaising with the Estate agents, Solicitor’s and Lenders to get the right outcome.
